Day 737 – Day 007

From “The List of 15” No. 2 : I will maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher, staying on the Dean’s list until I complete my education.

I wasn’t as happy about the set up on this shot simply because it was a picture of a computer screen… However everything’s done online these days and so there was not a transcript or grade report that I could actually take a shot with. I didn’t have many options unfortunately.

My father was the inspiration for a lot of this dream of my education. My father had a family, school, and a job to maintain when he was first married. He managed a 4.0 GPA, provisions and made a successful career in the military. He did the same thing for his Master’s Degree, and I plan to do the same… minus the military of course.

I put this on my list of 15 things that I want to draw into my life with divine intervention, simply because with the amount of things on my plate these days…. I don’t know how I can maintain this. Having a well-working brain is a good start… but with work, health, family, moving, and school… it’s difficult to say the least!

I could complete my education very swiftly if I was able to double up on courses, but the program I am in makes you take one class at a time. My employer United Healthcare is paying 100% of the education costs for top employees in return they get good feedback and guidance to develop good policies, and I’m sure some really good tax breaks. It’s a win-win –win for us, UHC, and the University of Phoenix. At first we were all bothered by that, but now I find that I need the breaks between courses. Come on intervention!

13)Piazza Signoria– It is an old Italian Prison that is in Florence Italy. I wish to visit Italy soon, I would like to see it for myself!
